Halle Berry is looking great after recently giving birth about two months ago. Want to know how she did it? She shared her diet and exercise secrets with People. Here’s what you need to know on the workout side of the plan.
“Berry, 41, works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer Ramona Brazaga. Their sessions include three cardio segments – on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb – then also does a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises.”
And here’s the diet she followed. It’s pretty sensible.
“In terms of diet, Berry is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking a large quantity of water.”

Sure, making your own blend at home may sound complicated, but with the help of an extractor, juicing can be as easy as pushing a button. Get started with these four basic recipes (but feel free to experiment with any in–season produce!).

Jennifer Aniston cozies up to John Mayer beach side in Miami, Florida. The sunbathing duo order snacks and sip on beverages on a relaxing afternoon.
Concerned family and friends have held an intervention for Jennifer Aniston after she completed three straight months of wearing nothing but a bikini. A friend of the family says Jen is obsessed with showing off her body to the paparazzi and then complaining about the invasion of privacy. The Friend adds:
“She just won’t put on a pair of shorts or a shirt. It’s all bikinis now. We’re really concerned. She just lost a romantic movie role because the producer would not cave into her demand that she wear a bikini in the role. Aniston was supposed to play a frustrated tour guide who falls in love with an Eskimo in Alaska.”
Do you think her family and friends are taking it too far? If I had a body like Jen, I think I would be wearing nothing but a bikini as well.

Kate Moss and her close friend Sadie Frost have started a joint detox regime together and it seems as though Kate has traded her wild nights out for detox and yoga. Sadie, 42, cleanses her system every year but this year 34-year-old Kate has decided to join in - munching on loads of garlic and tomato sauce made by Sadie’s mom Mary Davidson. Fellow party-goers have tried to convince Kate to go out for a night on the town, but the supermodel is having none of it.
A source says: “Sadie regularly detoxes, especially in Spring, to lose a few pounds for the summer. She usually has the better willpower, but Kate is particularly determined to stick it out this year after a heavy few months. They have cut out dairy, pasta, potatoes, meat and fish. They keep themselves going through the day with Sadie’s mum’s sauce spread over crispbread. Sadie has cut out alcohol but that was a step too far for Kate. She has promised to cut down but didn’t want to cut it out completely.”
Kate hopes the detox will leave her skin looking fresher. She is a big fan of fried eggs and chips at an anonymous greasy spoon café in Lissom Grove, and the bets are already on to see how long she can last on the strict diet.
The source added: “She has also taken up yoga to help tone herself up.”
The yoga seemed to be going well so far but we’ll be the judges of that!

When Carrie Underwood’s looking for some fun on a Friday night, you won’t find her drinking in any local bars. She would much rather be bowling a few frames with her buddies.
“Bowling’s the perfect way to hang out with friends,” says Carrie, who first learned the sport in gym class when she was a freshman at Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. “I loved it so much, I bought my own shoes and have been doing it ever since.”
She credits the de-stressing benefits of throwing a 10-pound ball at 10 pins with keeping her calm in the midst of a busy tour schedule.
“I’m not very good,” Carrie admits (she usually bowls a 100 or 150). “But I recently did a charity event with some other country singers, and I got the highest score. I was so proud of myself.”
That’s a healthy stress-buster- hanging with friends and keeping active. What are your stress-busting strategies?

We certainly won’t discourage you from enjoying your daily Red Delicious, but there’s an even more, ahem, satisfying way to keep the doctor at bay: Have sex! Regular lovemaking can improve your immunity, a study from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, finds. People who get busy at least once a week show a 30 percent increase of the antibody immuniglobulin A, your system’s first line of defense against colds.
