Oscar Winner Hilary Swank looks like one of those FitCelebs that are just naturally in shape. Well, according to Shape Magazine Ms. Swank runs two to three days a week and does Pilates three times a week.

Here’s what she had to say about the benefits of exercise:

    ummm I run 5 days a week and don’t have a body like hers. She must be doing something else, like not eating!

    She is a naturally very skinny person with an extremely fast metabolism. I congratulate her for keeping up with exercise, when a lot of naturally slim people figure they don’t need it, but you should never expect to look like her if you don’t have that body type.

    I’m sure stress contributes too.
    And doesn’t she live in the city? If she does then she’d walk everywhere.
