Wanna Look Spicy?

Who doesn’t love the Spice Girls? They may have been a guilty pleasure back in the day, but there’s nothing cheesy about liking them anymore. Each one of them is so talented and unstoppable in their own right. Most of them are in their thirties, have children and they just ended their tour! Here’s how can you be like one of them. Geri Haliwell, aka “Ginger Spice“, (35) eats three fiber-rich meals a day, and stays full with fruits and veggies.

Stacy Keibler: 4 Weeks To A Better Butt

Stacey Keibler, the former WWE diva and Dancing With the Stars contestant, appears in the “Sexiest Bodies in Hollywood” edition of Shape Magazine this month.  Keibler is featured in an eight-page spread for an article titled, “Four Weeks to a Better Butt.” In the article Kiebler reveals:

“I always had good legs, but my butt was squishy. Eventually I decided it needed a little ’shock treatment’ to whip it into shape.” - Shape Magazine

So Stacy enlisted the help of trainer Juliet Kaska, owner of Emerson Hall Fitness, in Hollywood.  Juliet customized a three tiered attack strategy for Stacy’s derrière. She explained:

“To create a great rear view, you need to hit the muscles from all angles. Each workout should include moves that lift, slim, and shape your glutes and hamstrings.”   - Shape Magazine

Stacy performed this routine four times per week, for four weeks straight. Apparently, she is pleased with the results:

“Now, I’m more confident. I get compliments on my butt all the time.” - Shape Magazine

Healthy Heather Graham

Heather Graham is speaking to Shape Magazine about taking up pilates and yoga. She’s a FitCeleb who is under the radar, but always looks great. As stated by the magazine, she started taking both up a couple of years ago, after realizing that her stomach had become “mushy”. Heather sticks to a diet which mainly consists of organic and whole foods.  She would also like to someday open a healthy restaurant if she can ever find the time. She’s another FitCeleb who stays under the radar, but always look great.

Ha! Who would ever think Heather Graham would like to open a healthy restaurant? I guess to look like that you gotta be loyal to your health.

Kim Kardashian’s Ice Cream Diet

Well this star is keeping true to her word, she really doesn’t diet!  FitCeleb had recently written a post, which revealed the fact that Kim Kardashian loves food and never diets.  Shockingly, she wasn’t kidding.  Kim was spotted yesterday in Beverly Hills enjoying a good old fashion ice cream cone (estimated to be about 500 calories - Ahhh!).

I must be missing something here….. How can Kim eat like this and still keep that AMAZING body of hers.  What gives? Does she spend like 20 hours in the gym? or - Maybe she gets daily liposuction treatments?  I’m so jealous! Is her metabolism on speed? or - Is she secretly throwing up after meals ?(I doubt that one!)  I MUST know this girl’s secret, please don’t tell me it’s just genetics.  Until we solve the mystery, sign me up for Kim Kardashian’s Ice Cream Diet!

Besides, she says of the movie, which costars Matthew McConaughey, my character is a diver, so I’m not wearing this tiny string bikini; they’re more the Speedo-type bikini, you know, the ones that cover pretty much everything.” She surely does not have to worry about covering up with a body like that.
