Stacy Keibler: 4 Weeks To A Better Butt
Stacey Keibler, the former WWE diva and Dancing With the Stars contestant, appears in the “Sexiest Bodies in Hollywood” edition of Shape Magazine this month. Keibler is featured in an eight-page spread for an article titled, “Four Weeks to a Better Butt.” In the article Kiebler reveals:
“I always had good legs, but my butt was squishy. Eventually I decided it needed a little ’shock treatment’ to whip it into shape.” - Shape Magazine
So Stacy enlisted the help of trainer Juliet Kaska, owner of Emerson Hall Fitness, in Hollywood. Juliet customized a three tiered attack strategy for Stacy’s derrière. She explained:
“To create a great rear view, you need to hit the muscles from all angles. Each workout should include moves that lift, slim, and shape your glutes and hamstrings.” - Shape Magazine
Stacy performed this routine four times per week, for four weeks straight. Apparently, she is pleased with the results:
“Now, I’m more confident. I get compliments on my butt all the time.” - Shape Magazine

Whenever possible, we post a detailed overview of the celeb’s workout - case in point - the post I wrote up today on Kim Basinger’s fitness routinue. However, the Stacy K. spread in Shape was 8 pages long and it was nowhere to be found on the web…. I could have rewritten the entire workout - but with out the actual pics - it would have been lost in translation. Hope that helps clarify things!

Many times I tried to figure out, what are people talking about here and what they mean by saying stuff like that. And I realized that they just don’t have a clue about the topic themselves. It’s kinda strange. Anyway I have to say that you mast understand, what’s really doing on to comment things. Otherwise you will look and sound stupid.
April 6th, 2008 @ 1:11 pmLooks perfectly straight to me. Of course, I’m also the type of person who allegedly [ahem! allegedly] agree with everything.
