How Will J. LO Bounce Back After Her Babies? - Part 1
Jennifer Lopez is one of those gorgeous celebrities with a curvy, but fit body. However, J. Lo isn’t naturally predestined to be thin. After all, remember her “Fly Girl” days! Jennifer has to work hard to achieve her signature “Booty-Licious” body, (which makes me love her that much more!). What’s her secret? - A lot of sweat and dedication. For the Past 10 and ½ years, J. Lo has trained with celebrity workout master Gunnar Petterson. Gunnar has worked out with A-list superstars like Angelina Jolie, Mary J. Blige, Sylvester Stallone, Penelope Cruz, and Ben Affleck.

Prior to her pregnancy, Gunnar and J. Lo teamed up to train anywhere from two to five times a week for hour long sessions. Apparently, J. Lo and I do have something in common, “Exercise ADHD”. This FitCeleb needs a diversified routine to help maintain her workout attention span. Consequently, Gunnar did everything he could think of to keep this A-list superstar motivated:
“I used different intensities, aerobics and weight training, body weight exercises, machines, barbells and dumbbells, stretchy bands, interval training, and even vibration technology.” - FitnessRX Magazine
Upon becoming pregnant, J. Lo was determined to have a fit but safe pregnancy. Gunnar explains how he helped this star achieve her fitness goals throughout her three trimesters:
“First and foremost, it’s about monitoring the heart rate. It’s no longer about elevating and maintaining it while it’s elevated. This is not the time to focus on getting anybody in her tip-top shape, but rather to make sure she is able to have maximum health and a healthy baby.” - FitnessRX Magazine

March 11th, 2008 @ 4:13 pmWhat’s my opinion on JLo’s body?? I’m totally jealous!!! I wish I had the determination and will power to work out like that 2 to 5 days a week. (not to mention the ability to have a personal trainer). I agree… she’ll bounce back. They always do.
