This 22-year-old “high-class” hooker, who took down New York’s top guy, has one hot bod. Rumor has it, that the call-girl nicknamed “Kristen” (Ahsley Dupre) has already been contacted by Playboy and Hustler, in attempt to get her to strip once again - but this time for their magazines.

Although, I’m not advocating stripping as a profession, there are some real fitness benefits to cardio-stripping.

“Cardio striptease spanks yoga’s butt,” Costa said. “Just shake your booty, and you’re burning calories.” -AnabolicMinds.com

This fun cardio exercise program involves series of circular movements that engage the whole body. Do you need to work on your abs and butt? Cardio-stripping is the perfect workout because it puts an emphasis on the core and glute areas. All movements are low impact and the cardio workout is modeled after actual strip club dance moves. Cardio-stripping is common practice in Hollywood. Celebrities like Carmen Electra, Kirsten Dunst, and Jennifer Love Hewitt all endorse this sexy workout.

The average cardio enthusiast is reported to lose 10-15 pounds after only four to six weeks of working on the cardio striptease workout. Most cardio striptease workouts last 45 minutes and burns around 500 calories depending on your weight. - www.buildingbodies.com

So tap into your inner stripper and sign up for a cardio-striptease workout today! Too embarrassed to “shake it” in public, try Carmen Electra’s Cardio Striptease Workout and practice at home.

Need Some Motivation To Skip The Drive-Thru

Saturday, March 15th, 2008 at 9:11 am

You try to live a healthy lifestyle, but you’re a busy individual. Sometimes mornings can get hectic, so you skip the “homemade” breakfast and drive-thru a nearby fast food restaurant to jump start the day. I hate to admit this, but I’m occasionally guilty of this unhealthy convenience. Even though we all saw Supersize Me, the allure of fast cheap food is always lurking in the shadows when we’re short on time. However, after I saw these results from a new study, I think I’ve found that extra motivation to skip the drive-thru…..

Temple University researchers interviewed 12,666 people about their dietary habits. Here’s what they found about the “weighty cost” of a drive-thru feeding:

Those who ate 1 fast food meal per week:
Weighed 1.4 more pounds compared with abstainers
Ate 2 fast food meals per week:
Weighed 2.8 more pounds compared with abstainers
Ate 3 fast food meals per week:
Weighed 4 more pounds compared with abstainers

Post A Comment: Is this enough motivation to skip the drive-thru?
What do you do for “eats” when you’re short on time?

Zac Efron’s Addiction

Saturday, March 15th, 2008 at 9:00 am

 Zac Efron

Zac Efron was a major success in High School Musical, and his body may have something to do with that! According to In Touch Weekly, Zac says:

“Working out is my biggest hobby”

To prove that fact, his girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens (also in HSM) says he goes to the gym every day. She calls him her “motivation”. Zac also tells In Touch that:

“A while ago there was this commotion in the gym, there was a photographer taking pictures of me!”

Zac must be used to the attention because obviously nothing is stopping him from getting his “cardio kicks”. He says

“It’s my Zen hour, I just zone out”

To come to think of it, every time I see a picture of him in the magazines he’s always going to or coming out of the gym. Keep up the good work!

FitCeleb Tip Of The Day: Good Posture Leads To Better Work-Outs. So Don’t Slouch!

Saturday, March 15th, 2008 at 6:05 am

 slouching.tipoftheday

I’m doing it as I type, slouching! Its just one of many of my bad habits. I believe it’s just that I dont realize I’m slouching. Usually, it’s someone else pointing it out (my husband). Hopefully, this tip can help me and others with this annoying problem. I’m talking about the slouching, not my husband. (lol) :)

Your slumped-over posture may prevent you from taking in as much oxygen as you could be, according to a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. When your shoulders roll forward, your chest muscles shorten and your back muscles lengthen, which restricts the amount of air you inhale. During a workout, that can make you feel winded before your body is ready to call it quits. To increase your oxygen intake, stretch your chest for a minute several times a day and add back sculptors like rows to your strength routine. You’ll be long and strong!

OK! mental note to self .. Don’t Slouch!!!!
