I’m a big cereal eater. So I thought this was a great tip to keep me motivated.
People who regularly enjoy ready to eat breakfast cereal with fruit weigh less than those who either skip breakfast or eat other breakfast foods such as eggs and bacon or bagels, according to one study. Cereal eaters also ate less fat and cholesterol and more fiber during the day.
Just be careful what cereals you choose! Check out FitCeleb’s post on the top three healthiest cereals.

I really am not much of a cereal eater. I will eat Target’s Archer Farms Cranberry and Almond cereal and Quaker’s Cinnamon and Apples oatmeal. I also like to snack on Narure’s Path organic pumpkin granola cereal, but I only eat it dry. I also use skim milk. I try to eat healthy.
