OK Magazine Reveals - Dancing with the Stars Workout Secrets
Every time I watch Dancing with the Stars I want to get up and do jumping jacks and eat nothing but salad! Those dancers have some of the most amazing bodies around!!! This month OK Online featured an interview with Cheryl Burke, Edyta Sliwinska and Kym Jothe. Each of these fit dancers shared their favorite fitness secrets, here’s what they said:
Kym is a huge fan of the workout ball:
“Get on the Ball! It’s great to hop on the yoga ball and do some crunches,” Kym says. “I think it’s one of the best things you can have in your home. You really feel a workout on that ball.” - OK Online
Cheryl loves to do kick backs:
Cheryl’s favorite body part is her back. “I always wear low-backed costumes,” she says. “I guess there’s a reason for that.” - OK Online
Edyta is NOT a fan of weights:
“I do abs and exercises like squats. None of th exercises I do involve weights,” she says. “It’s just movement and working out with your own body.” - OK Online

March 22nd, 2008 @ 1:29 pmOut of those three, I think Cheryl Burke has the best body. Out of all of the dancers, I think Julianne Hough does. Edyta is too bony!! Yes, she’s fit, but she looks malnourished and not very womanly.
