Did Hilary Duff Make A Smart Snack Choice By Stopping At Pinkberry?

Recently, Hilary Duff stopped by Pinkberry in Studio City for a healthy snack - but was it really that healthy!??! Pinkberry is a trendy chain frequented by weight conscious celebrities. What’s the appeal? This California and New York based frozen yogurt shop boasts about their 70 calorie treats. Gee - 70 calories a serving - that sounds great right!??!…. Guess again … A serving is only 1/2 cup. Based on this picture, it looks like Hilary went for the large. A Pinkberry large really contains 3.6 servings, which equals to 252 calories. For that amount of calories, you can go for soft ice-cream, which tastes a lot better. The one true healthy positive about Pinkberry is that all of their fruit toppings are fresh and unsweetened. The Hills stars Lauren Conrad and Lauren ‘Lo’ Bosworth get their pulses racing during a Friday morning jog through Los Angeles’s Runyon Canyon. How else do you think they stay so fit? I can’t lie I was thinking a little nip and tuck here and there. Not like there’s anything wrong with it. Afterall, if you got it why not get it? And they are from the Hills where everyone gets it. :) Those two BFF’s seem to be doing everything together! Below I have them even running errands together at the D.M.V.
