Fitceleb Tip of The Day: Be Easy With Those Coffee Drinks!

I have some not so great news for all you coffee lovers. People who sip gourmet coffee drinks such as syrupy lattes and Frappuccinos at least two to three times a week may take in 260 more calories and eight teaspoons more sugar per day than those who don’t, say researchers from Simmons College in Boston. A smarter (and slimmer) way to get your fix: skip the syrup and whipped cream, and opt for one small spoon of sugar and nonfat milk.
