Do You Need To Purchase An Expensive Sports Bra?

Well, it depends. Women who wear a bra size C or higher need to shell out the additional funds to ensure proper support according to Health Magazine. Expect to shell out $30 - $50 a pop. Two tips when purchasing:
- Jump up and down in the fitting room - don’t worry no one is looking
- If you are a Yoga / Pilates kind of girl, be sure to lie down on the floor (ick I know) to feel what the bra’s straps and hooks feel like pressed on your back.
