Jamie Lynn Spears Shares Plan To Lose Baby Weight

Jamie Lynn Spears is already talking about getting her old figure back despite the fact that she hasn’t given birth yet.  I wouldn’t be too worried. She was always so thin and active that I am sure this girl will bounce right back. Regardless, she has a plan:

“I try to stay active, but you can’t do too many exercises because that’s not good for the baby. No running on the treadmill. I want to get back to my old weight, but you can’t work out right away. I don’t want to stay this way. I’ll just stick to my treadmill and weights, and I won’t eat cheese every day.”

But Jamie Lynn insists she won’t hire an expensive personal trainer, like her big sister:

“You don’t have to pay somebody a bunch of money to make you skinny again. If you want to be skinny, you have to do it yourself. And I love to swim, so I know I’ll be doing a lot of that.”

Well, maybe she doesn’t need a trainer. It doesn’t hurt that her metabolism is still in tact considering she hasn’t hit that point in her life where it starts to slow down. Personally, I feel if you need a trainer - go for it! And maybe some people DO need to hire someone. Motivation is the hardest part of exercise.

Ha, she’ll eat her words when we see pictures of her with a personal trainer in the next few months!

No, I doubt she will have to hire a personal trainer. Isn’t she only 16 or 17? Lucky her, she’ll bounce right back. It’s the rest of us of a more appropriate childbearing age that have to really work at it. Oh well, I’d rather be a responsible and ready parent than be a skinny teen mom.
