Cate Blanchett's Friends Pose With Her Oscar

Haha, nice! Rather than hide her Oscar from 2005 away in some trophy case, Cate Blanchett keeps her Oscar out on top of the grand piano in her living room. She says that her friends always pose with it when they come over.

"I thought about sticking it in the loo. I was going to be very witty and Emma Thompson about it. But I’m actually very proud of it so I ended up putting it on the grand piano because all my friends want to pick it up and pose with it."

This is an amazing woman. She can wear the most unflattering of dresses and she ends up looking good anyway. I mean they look good on her even if they don't look good.
