Ingredients:
- 4Â medium white onions (peeled and sliced thin)
- 1 Tbsp butter 2 ½ cups whole milk salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp truffle oil Lumiére
Directions:
- Gently sweat sliced onions in butter in a medium sauce pan until translucent and tender.
- Add milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and blend immediately. Season with salt and truffle oil.
