FitCeleb Milla Jovovich is speaking to People Magazine about how she got her body back. Milla trains with famous celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, and Harley says that Milla "is not someone who embraces exercise." (Sound familiar anyone?!) Milla also combined three peanut-butter and jelly slathered bagels and her weight soared to 192 lbs. while she was pregnant with her daughter, who was born last November. Milla had only five months after her daughter's birth to prepare for bikini scenes for her next film project. Milla signed up for five-day-a-week workouts with Harley, who also cooked for her. Harley's five factor books prescribe three meals and two snacks daily which each include five elements: protein, complex carbs, fiber, fat and fluids. He also advises to do circuit training, which focuses on "upper body, lower body, abs and cardio." Harley says that crunches may have tightened Milla's abs but the real credit for getting her back to her 130 lb. pre-baby weight is "bringing structure to her diet after eating whatever."
Geez, I give these FitCelebs a lot of credit because while it may be a bit easier for them because they have trainers and cooks and whatnot, I'm sure the trainers are very hard on them, and they have no choice but to get into shape!
umm isn't 130 pounds a little light for her height? plus, if that's the weight her rep is telling her to say, she probably weighs even less than that. these stars always lie about their weight (but in the opposite direction than most).
Not a big fan of that dress, but she looks fantastic. I've heard a lot of people talk about this circuit training. What is it exactly?
Her bios online list her height as 5'8'' or 5'8.5'' which means her weight is completely fine for her height. I'm 5'8'' and according to most sources (give or take a pound or two depending on the source) my ideal weight ranges from 122lbs to 158lbs. So, if she's 130lbs or a few pounds lighter as the poster stated, she's still a healthy weight. Check a BMI calculator as well. Even at 122lbs she would still be a healthy BMI. Check your facts before you post.
actually, 122 would be absolutely lowest "healthy" weight. studies show, the healhiest people have a BMI between 22.0 and 24.9. read a medical journal, and check your facts before you respond.
No crap sherlock. Obviously if I listed a range and 122 is the lowest weight I listed, of course that's the lowest healthy weight for someone of Milla's height. Point being it's still a healthy weight, which is why it was included. You should check your facts because a healthy BMI range is actually 18.5 to about 24.9. 22 to 24.9 would be too narrow. There's way too many versions in the way people's body compostion is made up. For one you have bone structure, weight distrubtion, and differences in race. You need to check your facts before you post such negative things just because someone is a celebrity. Also, get your facts straight when trying to correct others when you have nothing to correct. HELLO, I listed the correct weight.
wow, you're all crazy..
