Yeah, they always get an "expert" or doctor who "estimates" that the star is however many pounds. Jessica is a pretty short girl and 30 pounds would be a huge gain for her and she would look a lot heavier. Star Magazine- *eye roll* ;)
The little picture when she was thin is from way back when she did Dukes of Hazzard and she was really tiny then. She looks about the same to me.

I think she has put on about 10-15 lb at the most but no way 30. I've seen her in person both before and after. Because she carries her weight in her arms and bust she looks heavier.
It looks like Shiloh gained about 15 lbs. on this cover since last time we saw her.

There is no way she gained that. Jess is only 5 foot 3, and thirty pounds would make her really actually FAT. When you compare it to 3 years ago during the Dukes of Hazzard filming, yes, she probably gained 10 or 15 since then, but she looks perfect at this weight. And that doesn't even look like Shiloh at all on the cover! That looks like a fake doll.
Since I really don't like Jessica, all I can see are the bad things. I do think she has gained some weight, altho maybe not 30 lbs. That would be a lot of weight on her short frame. I'm sure those boobs make her weigh more anyway. Well Jessica is a boob, so I guess it is fitting.
