FitCelebs Victoria Beckham and Heidi Klum are among the celebrity fans of EBOOST, a daily immune-system booster containing vitamins and minerals like zinc, potassium and vitamin B-12. Not only is the fizzy orange drink (which comes in tablet or powder form; $24 for a pack of 24) good for your health, it also has green-tea extract for a more natural pick-me-up than a sugary energy drink. And it's only five calories a serving!

To stay light on her feet for her role on USA Network's action-packed spy series Burn Notice, FitCeleb Gabrielle Anwar has lightened her diet. The British actress banned "foods with ingredients that I need a dictionary to define," she says.
"I find that the less animal products I consume the better my general health; the less refined sugars, the less I feel the energy fall out; and the more organic fresh produce I eat, the lighter I feel."
She's got the right idea! That's the way we should all be eating.
Now this is one dangerous habit to get into. Celebrities have turned to the ADHD drug for weight loss.
According to a report in the New York Daily News on Monday, a number of female celebrities have used prescription Adderall, even if they have not been diagnosed with ADHD. And reports also suggest that some of these starlets have resorted to crushing and snorting these pills as a way to deliver a quicker effect.
Dieticians are worried that the general population may want to imitate celebrities and also try to use this unhealthy method for weight loss.
"I find the use of Adderall for weight loss particularly troubling," says June Stevens, chair of the department of nutrition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. "So many of our youth take Adderall for attention deficit disorder. I fear it may lead to eating disorders and dependency on the drug as a weight loss aid."

Sabrina Bryan from the adorable group the Cheetah Girls, wants to share her fit tips with you. She keeps it simple and does a lot of cardio, plus pilates for toning. As for diet, Sabrina says incorporating snacks into your daily routine is key.
This is out of control. MTV is promoting a new reality show called Model Maker that will feature contestants who want to be models but need to lose weight in order to do so. They are saying that the girls on the show could lose up to 80 pounds in 12 weeks. Have these people lost their minds?!? That's losing about 7 pounds a week. As great as it may sound, there are few people out there that could sustain that kind of rapid weight loss long term.
And just think about the message that this is sending young girls. You can be a model if you're pretty, but if you're fat you're not good enough. Shed the pounds and only then are you worthy of being famous and adored. UGH.

High School Musical star and FitCeleb Monique Coleman swears by spinning to stay in shape.
"It's exhilarating, it usually has really awesome music, and it kicks your butt," says the actress of the high-intensity stationary-bike workout. "You know that you're really working hard when you do it!"
Besides toning your rear and thighs and pumping your heart and lungs, a 130-lb. woman can burn more than 500 calories in 45 minutes.

FitCeleb Karina Smirnoff has quite a few tricks to getting her toned, dancer body! Karina does a body-isolation workout, which is a technique used by salsa and merengue dancers to learn to move their hips and chest while keeping the rest of their body still.
"You can do it for twenty minutes and you feel like your whole body tightens up," she says.
Another benefit: Latin dance can add a spark to your life. I wonder if Mario Lopez taught her a few moves?! Here is another tip that involves dancing to get a fit body. Time to start shaking those hips!

'Transformers' star and FitCeleb Megan Fox has such a sweet tooth she has to guzzle vinegar to regularly cleanse her system. The actress, 22, swears by the quick-fix method - because it flushes out everything that's bad for her body - and helps her to stay in shape. She explains:
"It's just water and raw apple cider vinegar, and it just cleans out your system entirely. It will get rid of, for women who retain water weight, from your menstrual cycle and all that, it gets rid of it really fast. I'm not one for dieting or exercising, 'cause I'm lazy and I have a really big sweet tooth, so I have to do cleanses every once in a while 'cause of the amount of sugar I take in.
And the health-conscious actress even has a method for de-stressing after hectic days on film sets. She adds:
"I take melatonin to sleep. But I also have lavender oil all over the house, and if you put that under your nose, on your forehead, and I put it over my heart - it's just really relaxing. Something about that scent helps you to focus."
She takes melatonin to sleep? Is it just me or is that a little strange? The lavendar oil is definitely relaxing though!

Just two months after giving to daughter Honor Marie, FitCeleb Jessica Alba is 25 lbs. lighter – and her trainer is telling People Magazine just how she did it.
“Jessica went from a size 8 to a size 4 pretty quickly,” says Alba's longtime trainer Ramona Braganza.
The actress – who flaunted her post-baby body at the ALMA Awards on Aug. 17 – has been opting for a low-fat, low-carb diet as part of Braganza's 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone plan. She has been sweating, too: With an elliptical machine and treadmill at home, Alba, 27, has resumed her routine of core exercises, cardio and circuit training.
"The baby always comes first, but Jessica definitely set goals for herself,” says Braganza, who now trains Alba six days a week.
And having a workout buddy helped:
“She loves working out with a girlfriend,” says Braganza, whose client, actress Jamie King, frequently trains with Alba. Says Braganza: “Jessica has made amazing progress in a very short time.”
