Eva Longoria has given up red meat in an attempt to get healthy. The actress admits that the diet is really paying off and enjoys the effects that it's having on her body.

"I love it… It really has effected my body… It takes a lot for the body to process red meat and I’ve never been a fan of chickens."

Never been a fan of chicken? That's ALL we eat here. I can't even process that statement.

Desperate Housewives' Eva Longoria was spotted leaving Cafe Med in West Hollywood wearing yet another amazing long dress. I loved the violet colored one, but this red one is pretty amazing and the low cut works for her. That's one thing that a woman with more cleavage can not get away with wearing on a regular basis. Dresses take on a whole new life when you have that extra padding.

Eva Longoria was photographed leaving Ken Paves Salon in West Hollywood looking gorgeous in a long body hugging lavender dress and metallic handbag. I'm seriously in love with her entire outfit and though it looks like an easy dress, I know how difficult it is to pull off. Those dresses don't hide anything.

Eva Longoria looked quite happy as she left Cafe Med in Los Angeles afternoon.  If the camera adds 10 pounds then I wonder what Eva looks like in "real" life?! She has to be super tiny... Has anyone met her before? I keep hearing that Susan Lucci is a sight to see in person. Everyone who has ever met her always brings up that she is stick thin and as small as can be.

Eva Longoria was asked again about her weight in the November issue of, Allure magazine. Enough already people! It is for a role. We got that. Why do they keep badgering the poor woman? 

"I never went up a size!"

"I just got rounder," the Desperate Housewives stars, 33, goes on. "I'm still a size O."

Can you imagine being a size zero only "rounder"? Is that even possible...?? I can only assume that Eva lives in Hollywood land where calling yourself fat and round AND yet being a size zero is normal.

Honestly, at this point Eva is probably just trying to think of variations for answers to the same question.

Eva Longoria was looking cute and casual in jeans, tee, and baseball cap as she ran a few errands in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon. I think it's nice to see celebrity females running around town looking like the rest of us, not all dressed up to the nines. :)

Eva Longoria and husband Tony Parker were spotted grabbing a quick bite at Toast in Los Angeles Monday afternoon. They quickly made their way to their car to avoid the paparazzi but Tony found time to give a fan a quick hug before fleeing the growing crowd of onlookers.
