The lovely couple, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were spotted picking up their daughter Violet from school in Santa Monica yesterday afternoon. Jennifer's style is extremely laid back, but I've noticed as of late she's been carrying some REALLY great handbags. Hmm... I wonder if she's like the rest of us and has a purse/shoe addiction?

Jennifer Garner was spotted out and about in Brentwood leaving a restaurant after a lunch date with Violet.  That baby bump is really growing...any guesses on the due date?  I just really want to know the sex!  Is Violet going to have a baby brother or baby sister?!?

Jennifer Garner was spotted picking up little Violet from school yesterday afternoon. It's so nice to see Jen being active in her child's life. I'd say she is one of the most involved parents in Hollywood. Wouldn't it be really funny if Jen was your child's class mom? My school makes parents come in twice a year to help out with Holiday parties. I'm not sure if every school has similar requirements, but that would be so surreal for the teachers.

It was a quiet weekend for most. Nothing too fantastic happened and the weather was on our side, so celebrities were spotted all around town running errands and getting some fresh air. Vanessa Minnillo went shopping at Yellow Dog boutique in the Beverly Glen Marketplace. I always love her fashion sense. Vanessa is always spot on!

Jennifer Garner picked up several bags of Vincente Food along with a friend while Miley Cyrus and her family headed over to Trader Joes.

I LOVE Trader Joes. There are a few of them on the Island and hubby and I go at least once a month to stock up our pantry with healthy goodness. Recently I drove by the one that opened in the city and there was LITERALLY a line around the BLOCK. We thought it was a concert at first, and then saw that the line ended at the Trader Joes entry. WHAT?! Can you imagine waiting that long to get groceries? 

Jennifer Garner got a little exercise while taking Violet out to the park yesterday afternoon in Los Angeles. The two were seen running around and playing with a ball.

Instead of carrying around a liquid bottle that has the chance of opening and spilling (story of my life), Jennifer opts for Baby Silk Babysafe Sunscreen Towelettes. I LOVE this idea! The SPF is built on the wipe and there is no need to carry around a large bottle.

Looks like baby Violet is going to have a little brother! Rumor has it that Jennifer Garner is expecting a son.

Celeb Tv reports:

Garner went to the baby boutique Petit Tresor Friday to look for cribs, changing tables and gliders, but left with a few things in blue, a source from the boutique confirmed.

Among the items the couple took home: a Kensington chocolate playmat from Plain Mary with a blue monogrammed “A,” as well as matching Plain Mary items emblazoned with the word “hunk” on them (bibs, burpcloths and t-shirts), said an insider.

But apparently, they are expecting the new little guy to be chilly. The 36-year-old actress picked up more than six light blue blankets from My Blankee.

I don't know why celebrities continue to shop at Petit Tresor. As soon as they leave the store, their PR rep sends out a press bulk distribution of what was purchased.

Heidi Montag, Elyse Walker, Giada De Laurentiis, Brooke Burke, David Charvet, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Vanessa Minnillo, Marcia Cross, and Jennifer Garner showed their support for the 4th Annual Pink Party. The event benefited Cedars-Sinai Women's Cancer Research Institute and was held at Hanger 8 in Santa Monica Airport. 

Quite the turn out.

I wonder if Jennifer felt funny being the only celebrity in jeans? At this point in her career (and pregnancy), I'm sure she didn't feel uncomfortable at all.

And Heidi... do celebrities befriend the reality TV star or at least make small talk? Or do they consider her to be a joke? Spencer Pratt was at the fundraiser as well, so at least she had someone to chat up.

Finally, let's talk Kate B's dress. She was the host for the evening. But was that dress the right choice?

Jennifer Garner and Cameron Diaz were both spotted leaving their gyms yesterday afternoon. Cameron did a quick change before exiting the front door while Jennifer rushed to her car after her exercise session was over. In an attempt to escape the flashing lights, Jen entered her car through the passenger's side, slid over to the driver's side and sped away.

Kudos to Jen for keeping up with her routine while pregnant.

Jennifer Garner and her daughter Violet were looking cute as could be as they should around town in Brentwood yesterday.  I'm looking forward to finding out what Jen is having and what she ends up naming her baby. When I was pregnant with my second, I had the name Violet picked out as the girl name but ended up having a boy.
