Daniel Craig and his girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell arrived to the benefit screening of his new James Bond film, "Quantum of Solace" in NYC looking as lovely as usual. Daniel Craig certainly knows how to rock a tuxedo. :)

• Becki Newton (loved this look as well)
• Molly Sims

As usual Molly Sims got the invite to a NY event. I want to KNOW her PR person. Whoever it is wears a cape and mask at night I swear.

 

Diane Lane and  Josh Brolin looked gorgeous as the arrived to the premiere of his new movie, "W" in New York last night.  The movie is of course about our president, George W. Bush and from what I've seen of it so far Josh does an amazing job playing George. :)

Also attending the premiere was the lovely Rosario Dawson, Julia Stiles, and Thandie Newton.

Rosario and Julia went for extremley simple dresses while Thandie livened it up a bit with her black ensemble. Who do you think looked the best?

10 Things I Hate About You is such a good, classic chick flick!  I mean, seriously, who doesn't get a little misty eyed when Julia Stiles chokes up reading her poem in class?  Well, ABC wants to take advantage of the success that the storyline had as a movie and bring it to the small screen.

The movie's director of "10 Things", Gil Junger, will also shoot the pilot, which is written and executive produced by Carter Covington. The series will focus more on sisters Kate and Bianca Stratford in facing their new high school environment. "10 Things" is based on the Heath Ledger romantic comedy film which was also starred by Julia Stiles and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The film itself was based on Shakespeare's "The Taming of the Shrew."

Great, I wonder if this means there will be a swarm of paparazzi anxiously awaiting Julia Stiles outside rehearsals all the time so we can analyze what she wears every day.  I kid, I kid...only Katie Holmes has the power to make me that obsessed.  But, in all seriousness, Julia really is going on Broadway.  She'll be starring in a two character play called Oleanna.

Julia talks about the role saying,

"By the end of the play pretty much everyone hates me. But I only know this will be my first time on Broadway. It's a dream of mine."

Am I the only one who would rather see her in another major movie role?  Aside from the Bourne movies, it's been a long time since she's played a high profile part.

Julia Stiles and her boyfriend of two years Jonathan Kramer have called it quits citing "irreconcilable differences". Irreconcilable differences? I thought that term was only used in divorce. That would have been so much easier for me to throw out instead of having to explain my failed relationships to friends and family. :)

In other Julia related news, Page Six is reporting that she lashed out at fans in New York who she thought were taking pictures of her. Stiles mistakenly assumed a group of diners were taking photographs of her, and stormed out, saying, "Bye, guys - glad you got your picture!"

However, Stiles’ representative denies the actress was aggressive:

"Julia was trying to get out of the way of the picture. She wasn’t being sarcastic."

Julia Stiles does lunch with a friend and then goes for a stroll. Everytime I see pictures of her I get an overwhelming urge to watch Save the Last Dance. :)
