I just posted about this party but here are a few photos of the LA locals had their phones customized with their names on the back of the phones. Eva Longoria Parker, Adrian Grenier, Nicky Hilton, Mario Lopez, Dustin Hoffman, Kate Walsh, Jerry Ferrara, Jennifer Morrison, Rachel Zoe, Molly Sims, Hayden Panettiere, Kate Bosworth, Tyrese Gibson, and Katharine McPhee all attended the launch party at a custom-built venue in heart of Beverly Hills the day before Halloween.
I love how some are openly posing with the products while others aren't into the game. Do they get to take home the goodie bag either way?Â
Rarely am I jealous of party goers - but this one hits home. I am OBSESSED with my Blackberry.

Mario Lopez has become the latest star to write a children’s book. The former Saved By The Bell star has written Mud Taco with his sister Marissa, about his experiences growing up. A source says,
"For fun, he and Marissa would make tacos out of mud in the backyard, substituting worms for cheese, grass for lettuce and mud for meat. Mario would dare Marissa to eat one, but she'd refuse. Now they're writing a book about it to teach children to be strong and creative.
The new book is due out in 2009, according to Life & Style magazine.
I wrote a children's book when my daughter was born. I sent it to a few publishing houses and got the big decline for every single one returned. Sad to say, that was the end of that. :)

Yesterday, Wet Republic at MGM Grand welcomed Mario Lopez, as he took time out from preparation for his upcoming debut as anchor on Extra and current hosting job on the competitive talent search MTV’s Top Pop Group in order to enjoy an afternoon partying at Las Vegas’ first ultra pool.
In case you are interested, Mario snacked on sugar-free Red Bull throughout the afternoon and dined on Mongolian chicken sticks served with coconut-pineapple habañero dip and a hearts of romaine salad. MGM felt the need to let me know that.
Directly across the pool, Playboy model Brittany Fuchs was photographed celebrating her 23rd birthday in the cabanas.
I'm going to Vegas next week for a blogging conference with hubby SANS kids. Anyone have any recommendations on absolutes to visit?

Both Mario Lopez and Anna Faris were spotted arriving to LAX yesterday looking casual in jeans and a t-shirt. Mario was nice enough to stop and pose for photographs with fans and Anna always a sweetheart smiled and waved to her fans as well. :) I'm actually looking forward to watching, "The House Bunny" and something tells me it'll be a good movie. Your thoughts?

TV Guide sat down with Mario Lopez to talk about his never ending ability to stay current in today's market. A new job at Extra TV, his hot bod, his love life... nothing was off limits.Â
----
TV Guide: How did the Extra anchor job come about?
They have this new concept involving a social network, and they want the show to be very innovative and very clever. They asked me if I wanted to take the helm. I was flattered and honored. I love hosting, whether it’s a barbecue at my house or a TV show. And I’m still able to work on other projects, so it’s great.
The set is definitely going to look different. There’s going to be a strong Internet presence. We’re going to have kiosks set up all over the country for people to come and ask questions.Click on the continue reading link to see the rest of the interview. It's a bit long.

Mario Lopez was photographed leaving LAX yesterday smiling for the cameras wearing a t-shirt and jeans. Mario has a lot to smile about if the reports from Star Magazine are true. Mark McGrath is leaving the show Extra to focus on his music and Mario Lopez is set to fill his spot as the host.
"Mario has done a great job as the host of our weekend show and has established himself as a highly engaging, likeable and sought-after host and personality," said Telepictures President Hilary Estey McLoughlin. "He will be a fresh and dynamic presence for the show, and we can't wait for him to assume his new role."
What do you guys think about him as a host? I've seen him to a few bits before and found him quite likable. Although I still have the cheating scandal so fresh in my mind...

This would have been a great read a few decades ago. Why on EARTH would anyone think that people would spend money to read about the happenings behind the set of Saved by the Bell at this point? Why stop there? Will Mr. T write a tell all about the A team? Or how about the Facts of Life? What really went down with Tootie? Inquiring minds!!
Is Dustin Diamond for real?
Desperate sounds more like it. To hold onto the spotlight? Or just plain cash? Which one I am not sure. But a new book is in the works about a very old subject that promises to highlight "sexual escapades among cast members, drug use, and hardcore partying".
The book is entitled... Behind the Bell.Â
Da Da DUUUUNNNNNNNN

Mario Lopez turned down a $200,000 offer to pose nude for Playgirl. The magazine approached him after seeing his buff bod photographed on the beach. But Mario's comment makes me think that it's not an absolute no. It's just a no for right now. Holding out for more money perhaps?
"It’s not something for me at the moment."

Mario Lopez needs to hire a really good PR person because the whole cheating thing has really changed my perception of him. Now it seems I twist every quote I read into something negative when perhaps it isn't warranted.Â
When asked about whether or not he ever dated Eva Longoria, Mario said no, unfortunately. Â
"We never dated. Unfortunately. We met a long time ago, and she was always with somebody or I was with somebody. But we hit it off and I have the utmost respect for her. Tony Parker is a lucky guy. I was in her wedding. I walked her mom down the aisle."

I'm curious how readers feel about People Magazine choosing Mario Lopez as their hottest bachelor so soon after it leaked that he cheated on Karina Smirnoff for over a year?
Does it change your perception of this dimpled Broadway star and the "honor" bestowed on him? Or is it just part of the game?
