Actress Mischa Barton shares her thoughts on her fashion influences and her personal style with viewers on her official blog.  She especially likes fellow actress Zooey Deschanel's style.

For me, I think my favorite fashion icons have always been women of the 70’s – real rock & roll chicks like Anita Pallenberg and Maryann Faithful…I like quirkiness in people. I think Zooey Deschanel has awesome style.”

Mischa Barton takes a lot of flack on INO for her personal wardrobe choices.  But when all is said and done, the girl is STUNNING...even if we don't always agree with her sense of style.  This photo shoot she did for InStyle Germany is absolutely gorgeous and I really love the bright blond hair.

Do I smell another celebrity feud coming on?  Mischa Barton is upset with Nicole Richie because she thinks she stole the designer headband line idea from her!

“Mischa is furious. She feels like Nicole completely copied her idea.”

What happened to that whole group of girls?  Mischa, Nicole, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton all used to be so close.  It looks like time (and Hollywood drama) has gotten to the their friendship.

Anyways, back to the headbands idea, if you were going to buy from one of their lines, whose would it be? Really in this economy, I have my doubts about a high-end headband line really taking off, no matter which girl designed them!

 

 

 

I am so excited! This means we can expect more celebrities to follow in Britney Spears' footsteps and start their own sites to clear up rumors and publish flattering pictures.

Mischa Barton has launched her very own website on Celeb Buzz and she couldn't be happier about it. 

"This is something I’ve really wanted for a long time, I’m just excited to have a real connection with my fans and put some truth out there."

"I just think there’s all kinds of misconceptions on the Internet these days and I really think that the Internet can be used for good and for bad and there’s all kinds of crap that’s written about me.

"Half the time I look at the internet and read these stories and they’re just so outlandish and not true at all and I don’t want my fans to have the wrong idea of who I am as a person."

Take your life back Mischa! And call all your friends up and tell them to do the same! The more celebs we have doing this, the better...

Mischa Barton took her dog for a walk after having lunch with a friend at celebrity hot spot Joan's on 3rd in LA yesterday. Mischa and Nicole Richie have been huge fans of the 70's hippy headbands and Mischa even has her own line.

Let's talk about some of the different looks on the red carpet.  I love that Mena has been so into the rocker style now that she has short hair!  What do you think about fashion at the Burberry event...any dresses in particular that you love or hate?

There's nothing terribly unusual about these shots.  Mischa Barton was spotted outside a nightclub in Los Angeles last night.  I really just wanted to post because I'm always so amazed at how she changes up her look.  One minute she's peace, love and hippie happiness, and the next she's all rocker chick and edgy.  What style do you think works the best on Mischa?

Looking at the nature of this quote, it seems that someone asked Mischa Barton if she thought Victoria Beckham was a fashion icon. Instead of giving a P.C. answer, Mischa answered honestly and said she doesn't find Victoria "particularly stylish". 

"Posh doesn’t strike me as particularly stylish. "I don’t think she’s a good example of British style at all. I don’t dress for anybody else, and I think the reason people like my style is that I do my own thing."

While it's honest,  do you think it was something Mischa should have said? I mean, Mischa out of all people knows what it feels like to be bashed in the press. Her outfits are ridiculed more times than not, I would think she would have empathy for the situation. 

But then again, honesty is always the best policy right?

Mischa Barton was spotted leaving her dental office in LA and then heading over to Rite Aid for her prescription yesterday. What I love in these photographs is the fact that the lady in the back of Mischa spots the camera and goes in for the kill, hoping that Mischa would give her money (according to WENN) since the paparazzi is nearby. :) Whatever works...
