Well, well, this is a pleasant surprise.  Supermodel Naomi Campbell is known for having, um, anger management issues (just ask the London police, British Airways, or her former housekeeper), but here she is actually (wait for it) smiling!  She looks like she's even having fun.

Naomi is vacationing with boyfriend Vladislav Doronin, a Russian billionaire, in the Maldives.  I guess I'd be smiling too if I were in that gorgeous place! It looks like a dream vacation site.

No red paint or loose flour here. An animal activist instead flashed a sign of a caged, injured animal in an attempt to get Naomi Campbell to stop wearing fur. He waited outside the model's Dublin hotel for over an hour until their paths crossed. 

I guess this is the most effective way activists get their point across. If someone threw paint on me it would anger me more than make me second guess my stance.

Naomi Campbell was spotted out and about in Monte Carlo with her boyfriend, Vladislav Doronin.  The two were yacht shopping.  Yeah...I'm actually on my way out the door to the same thing right now.  I go yacht shopping every day. :P

I always wonder how Naomi finds these insanely rich men to date. She doesn't seem to like to go the typical model date actor route. I mean, doesn't her reputation preceed her a little bit? Aren't they scared?!?  Hahaha, well, maybe men see her as the ultimate challenge.

What a turn out! Dita Von Teese, Petra Nemcova, Rachel Zoe, Naomi Campbell, and Matthew McConaughey all flew to Milan to attend the Dolce and Gabbana fashion show held in Italy during fashion week. How fantastic!

Rachel is wearing an interesting outfit eh? 

And let's talk Dita's skin. I had the opportunity to interview her a few months back and she said she did not powder her skin or wear any special sunscreen. Dita insists she is just naturally this pale using a regular 30 SPF. Perhaps the black hair is making me hallucinate?

Naomi Campbell is all about having children...she just hasn't been able to yet.  Last year when she checked into a hospital because of a cyst, she actually ended up having surgery to help her with some fertility problems.  Now that her health is in order she says now is the time.

"I do want to have kids. I was not able to have children up until March," she said. "Now it's in God's hands. I would love to have a family."

I have a feeling if Naomi ever had babies we'd see a total transformation of her persona.  Kids can do that to you...just look at Nicole Richie!

Naomi Campbell wants everyone to know what a kind and thoughtful person Victoria Beckham really is. Not many people get to know the real Victoria and Naomi is lucky enough to be one of them. During all of her recent legal troubles, it was Victoria calling the model ensuring everything was ok.

"When I was going through my hard time recently she was immediately on the phone, asking me how I was doing and saying, ‘I hope you’re well.’ She was very sweet.

"I speak to Victoria pretty regularly about normal, mundane stuff. We share girl stuff and she is so funny - people just don’t know her or get her.

"She also works incredibly hard - that girl works her a** off. And she’s a mother of three - that can’t be easy. I really love Victoria and David Beckham."

It's not all screaming rage, throwing cell phone and spitting on people with Naomi Campbell. She and Tyson Beckford took time out of their busy schedules to stop at a hospital in Nigeria and donate bags of toys to the new mothers there.

Both Naomi and Tyson are in Africa for a music and fashion festival this week.

Well, that didn't last very long did it? The London Paper is claiming that Naomi Campbell went ballistic after smiling and posing for photographers. My guess is one of them said something to her in hopes that she would flip out... and she bit.

Three friends had to drag her into a car to remove the supermodel from the scene.

"Suddenly Naomi flipped and started swinging her arms about manically. No one could work out what was wrong with her."

"She was shouting and screaming as her friends desperately tried to get her into the car. She was ranting incomprehensibly."

The 38-year-old was ordered to attend a two-day anger management course last year after she pled guilty to reckless assault against her maid Ana Scolavino. Campbell is now facing a possible prison sentence after being charged with allegedly assaulting a police officer following her arrest at London’s Heathrow Airport in April.

I'm not sure what this even means? The story itself doesn't offer any other clues except the fact that Naomi Campbell took care of an issue that was preventing her from getting pregnant. The supermodel recently had surgery and now says that she is able to have a child.

"Now I can have a child and I would like one. I’m even willing to have one without a father. I know that I am ready."

"I know that with a baby I would change, I’d calm down. With a child you cannot accept compromises. You have to give your full self."

You get a two for one deal today. :) Both Maggie Gyllenhaal and Naomi Campbell arrived to the CFDA Fashion Awards in NYC in a sort of fashion forward, dressier version of the MC Hammer pant. I think it's only fair that we figure out who looks better and if these pants should stay in the 90's where they belong, or make a comeback. Your thoughts?
