Not only is he one of the world's most recognizable movie stars, Tom Cruise is in a happy marriage and loves being a hands-on father to his three children: Isabella (16), Connor (13), and Suri (2).  What more could a person want?

Tom married actress Katie Holmes in 2006 in Bracciano, Italy, after a whirlwind romance and still gushes over his bride.

Married life is very good, very lovely.  I feel lucky to have Kate as my wife. She's an extraordinary woman. She is funny and smart and she likes the same things that I do.
She's a very strong, gracious woman, and a great comedian. I like doing romantic things, such as bringing flowers and surprising her with things. I love candlelit evenings with nice music." 

Sounds like Tom is a good husband, too!  Tom is also determined to be a good father.  He does not want to repeat the mistakes his own father, Thomas Cruise Mapother III, made by being uninvolved in his children's lives.

I'm a great parent. I want to be with my kids, and they get to do all the stuff that I wanted to do when I was growing up. My own father wasn't there much for me and I want to be a different dad to my kids. My family is the most important thing in my life."

Tom refused to allow his divorce from Nicole Kidman hurt his parenting with their two children, Isabella and Connor.

Nic and I are very committed and successful in sharing the parenting."

Tom sounds like a man who has his priorities straight.  Good for him!

Star magazine claims to have the inside scoop on Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman's custody agreement that explains why we don't see Nicole with her two older children, Isabelle and Connor, very often.

Tom supposedly had "special papers" drawn up that tightly regulates Nicole's access to their children, limiting how often she can see the kids, "the exposure she can have with them," and when she can have overnight visits.

She doesn't go anywhere with those kids without Tom's say-so." 

In additon to limiting Nicole's physical access to their children, all of Nicole's phone calls are documented and all of their contact, including emails, are done under Tom's supervision.

Tom's rep denies all of this.

This definitely sounds like a "get your salt out" story.  I always assumed both Tom and Nicole keep their children out of the public eye because they want to protect their privacy since they're teenagers (who probably can't imagine anything less cool than being photographed with their parents), but maybe not.

My main question is: why on earth would Nicole allow this?

Uh oh! Trouble in Sydney paradise! Looks like Nicole Kidman is angering her neighbors by leaving her yacht parked outside an exclusive apartment block. Don't you hate when your neighbors do that?

It gets better - Nicole no longer owns property in that location. She's moved on, but has yet to remove her boat since the sale. Neighbors feel like she is getting special treatment because of her celebrity and are calling for action.

Residents of the Pier 6/7 block in Walsh Bay, Sydney have begun to campaign for the yacht to be removed and it looks like Nicole is listening. Her rep released an official statement promising the boat will be moved by next week.

Never say never! Perhaps Nicole Kidman would want to have another child! She might need some of Baz Lurhmann's luck in her life once again.

First Moulin Rouge and then Australia - Nicole and Baz have done some tremendous projects together. But the director says he will never work again with the actress because too many life changing things occur when they do. 

"On Moulin Rouge! she was breaking up with Tom Cruise, and my father died on the first day of filming. The six weeks before we finished filming Australia, we were doing a scene where her character has to say she can’t have children and she goes, ‘Bazzy, Bazzy I’ve got see you,’ and we sit down under a tree and she tells me she’s pregnant and she burst into tears and I did too, because I knew that was what she wanted more than anything else.

"We both said we can’t make another movie together because there are only so many life-transforming events we can go through."

Dressed in all white, Nicole showed most of our younger celebs the proper way to sit in a car. :)

It's right around the corner isn't it? How on EARTH did 2008 end as quickly as it did? I mean, my goodness! I feel like I just got used to writing the date and now it's going to change.

Nicole Kidman looked amazing at the UK premiere of Australia alongside Hugh Jackman. People Magazine asked the actress what she is planning for the holidays and Nicole said she is going to keep it simple.

"Just a lot of hugs and kisses and Christmas carols."

What about presents? Sunday Rose can expect a turtle puppet because it's one of her favorite toys.

"She loves puppets!"

Despite having raised two teenagers, Nicole Kidman reportedly still feels torn about balancing work with spending time with her five month old baby, Sunday Rose.  She loves her new baby so much, it has her family concerned.

'I can't bear to be separate from my baby; I'm totally devoted to her,' she says in a new interview.

'Mum says I'm over-bonded with her, but I don't care.' "

Nicole said she suffered miscarriages throughout her marriage to Tom Cruise before finally conceiving Sunday with her second husband, Keith Urban.  Her difficulty conceiving was a trait she shared with her character from her new movie, Australia.

'My character can't have children of her own, and that was me until the last two months of the the film, when a miracle happened.

'I never thought in my lifetime that I would get pregnant, but it happened on this movie.' "

This is a struggle that I'm sure all mothers can sympathize with!  I wonder what qualifies as being "over-bonded?"

I'm sorry to be so cynical... but I would throw those flowers away in the garbage first chance I had after reading what happened to Simon Cowell! How easy would it be to place a recording device deep inside the bouquet? Seriously - I'm officially paranoid.

While on a date with husband Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from a fan after exiting ÒLa RosettaÓ seafood restaurant.

The couple is currently in town with their daughter Sunday Rose Kidman Urban to attend tonight's premiere of 'Australia'.
