So how does Pussycat Doll star Nicole Scherzinger keep that amazing figure?  By maintaining a strict exercise regimen.  Nicole's exercise routine must be really strict because she says that she refuses to give up her favorite comfort foods for a healthy diet.

I love food - sweets, cakes, chocolate, cheese, bread, pasta…
But I don't believe in diets. Instead, I run a lot. "

Try not to hate her; hate is an ugly thing.  Besides, how many of us have jobs as physically demanding as live entertainers?  Nicole says performing the girl band's high-energy dance routines keeps her in shape.

Being a PCD (Pussycat Doll) means I have to train to keep up my stamina for the stage." 

Despite all of her exercise, Nicole admits to having insecurities about her body, just like us.

Every woman has insecurities. I feel I have to work on my legs and thighs. "

Take comfort in Nicole's admission that she does have to exercise.

So to recap: Nicole maintains her gorgeous body with exercise, while she eats what she wants.

I HATE how far behind The Hills show is compared to real life for its stars. Who is this man?! We probably won't find out until next season and then it will be old news. 

Lauren Conrad was spotted leaving Crown Bar with a mystery male after a few hours of partying with pals. While they weren't together, Jesse Metcalfe was also at the bar and snapped while exiting. 

UPDATE: Readers pointed out that facial hair just threw me off on this one. Looks like it's Kyle Howard. 

And since we are talking about celebrities who went out last night, I also attached a few pictures of Nicole Scherzinger outside Eva Longoria's restaurant, Beso in Los Angeles.

 

The Pussycat Dolls launched their exclusive line "...Shhh" at La Senza in London on Tuesday afternoon. The line was surprisingly a hit earlier this year when they debuted it at Los Angeles Fashion Week.

My love for the Pussycat Dolls is not secret.  In my household, we are obsessed!  Their music is just so catchy.  Anyways, I just wanted to post these pictures of Nicole Scherzinger celebrating her boyfriend, Lewis Hamilton's racing victory at the Automobile Awards in Germany because she is absolutely glowing with happiness!

And, her dress is really cute.  It's a nice change of pace from the crazy belly-baring outfits and heavy makeup PCD look we usually see her in.

The Pussycat Dolls were on Channel 7's "Sunrise" performing their new hit song in Australia yesterday day and looking fabulous. Also very hot... Or at least I imagine they are. I don't even want to think about how freaking hot it must get dancing around in pleather all day long with skin tight shirts that make it hard to breathe. 

Sidenote: Has anyone seen them perform before? I saw them at the MTV Movie Awards this year and they were FANTASTIC! Better than I thought they were going to be.
