Pamela Anderson continues to remain relevant in an industry that changes its key players with the bat of an eyelash. How does she manage to do it?! Vivienne Westwood, renowned fashion designer and SATC movie basher, has chosen the Baywatch babe for her 2009 spring/summer range.

"Vivienne and a team of stylists and photographers jetted to Los Angeles last week to shoot Pammy in the new campaign. She met Vivienne at one of her parties last year and they hit it off. Vivienne loves the quirkiness of having Pam in one of her campaigns."

I can see it now! Pamela Anderson and Matthew McConaughey taking in the sunset together side by side with their mobile homes. Oh wait... I'm getting ahead of myself.

Pammy is having her house refurbished and needed to move out temporarily with the children until the project is completed. The family decided on a mobile home and Pam is just thrilled with her decision! She loves everything about it!

"I live in a mobile home and I love it! It’s small but chic and perfect for me and the kids. It’s fun having to sit on beanbags and do our washing at the laundrette."

Perhaps it's because she knows it's only temporary and have a beautiful house on the beach to return to whenever she wants.

Pamela Anderson was so upset about having to evacuate her hotel during a recent stay in Paris due to a gas leak because she wasn't camera ready.

While others arrounded her were hurrying out to protect their families adn the safety of their loved ones, Pamela was too busy begging firemen to let her exit through the back and out from the kitchen. It's only a gas leak right?! What's a few extra feet...

A source tells Britain’s Daily Mirror,

"She was mortified. Her curlers were still in and she was wearing a baggy bathrobe. She looked more like Nora Batty than a Baywatch pin-up. She begged the firemen to smuggle her through the kitchen. But they insisted on bundling her out the front entrance, where about 200 screaming fans were waiting."

UPDATE: I just read a quote from Dolly Parton saying she sleeps in her make up in fear of this exact thing happening to her! IF Pammy really feels this way, perhaps she should follow in Dolly's foot prints.

"I sleep in my make-up… I never know, if I’m in a high-rise building, if the building is gonna catch on fire or if I’m in an earthquake, and I just can’t imagine, like, having to get out just looking awful. I take my make-up off the next morning and put on new make-up.

"I don’t wanna get out in the street… I don’t wanna get arrested for indecent exposure: ‘Oh my God, did you see Dolly? She was like hammered snot!’"

Hmmm... Why is Pamela Anderson being escorted by a man with a white mannequin face?At first I thought all escorts were rocking the same look. But then, you can see in the thumbnails, that he sat down with her. Was it just for the pic? Inquiring minds!

This story is so far out there that I can barely bring myself to sit here and type it.  But, stranger things have happened, so here goes nothing...

Michael Jackson and Pamela Anderson are dating.  The two have been on several dates in Malibu, and like everything the King of Pop does, it was kept  on the down low.

"It was all arranged by their people in total secrecy, very cloak and dagger."

The two have been out for drinks.

"They arrived separately at the Shutters Hotel on Malibu Beach so no one would suspect anything and then had a few drinks in the bar.

They were very chatty. Pamela was being her usual flirty self and Michael seemed to be responding. They are such a strange couple but they seemed to really hit it off.

They went for a coffee at Country Mart in Malibu and looked very comfortable with each other. They chatted about Michael turning 50, his new album, their kids. And he seemed genuinely interested in Pamela."

Even if Pammy and MJ really did meet up, do you believe that they're dating?  If they were together for drinks, maybe they were just discussing future work projects?

Animal rights campaigner Pamela Anderson was left shocked at a recent press conference in Australia - after a reporter pulled a chicken drumstick out of his shorts. Pammy was meeting journalists in Sydney earlier this week to promote her reality show Pam: Girl On The Loose, when the reporter tried to grab her attention by pulling down his shorts and asking the star to sign his red underwear.

And after happily signing her name on the semi-naked man’s briefs, the bizarre meeting turned sour as anti-KFC campaigner Anderson was confronted by a chicken leg the reporter had pulled from his pants!

The vegetarian star was clearly unhappy with the situation, especially when the man began to eat the chicken piece, telling her manager,

"This is what happens. See, I create this image and this is what happens."

In case you can't make the connection, Anderson protested outside branch of fast-food restaurant KFC in Sydney last month in a bid to try and convince the brand to refuse to use factory farmed animal meat.

So, this is the first time someone did something outrageous to PETA instead of the other way around. Wonder how they are going to take it?

Pamela Anderson never has to worry about being homeless. Should anything happen to her career, Hugh Hefner has promised that she will always have a room in the Playboy mansion. 

"(I asked Hefner) If ever anything goes wrong, I can come and live here, can’t I? And Hefner replied: "Yes, of course. You are always welcome at my place"

Well, isn't that good to know! I doubt it will ever come to that. Pammy always seems to find work. Here she is in Australia promoting her new E! reality show, Pam on the Loose.

Tommy Lee will never become a vegetarian, even for Pamela Anderson, one of the most well known vegeterians and animal rights activists of our time. Tommy said,

"There's been two times now, where I've driven by In-N-Out (burger chain) and I'm like, `Pull the damn car over, I need a triple-triple (burger), dude.'"

Haha, wonder how Pamela feels about that. I know a few vegetarians who say that eating meat is a deal breaker with them. To the vegetarian readers our there, does it matter if your partner is a big meat consumer or not?

Well, that's one way to fight Father Time. You can get plastic surgery or you can just ask TV producers to never again show a close up of your face. For Pamela Anderson's new reality show she has specifically ordered cameramen to keep their fingers off the zoom button.

“Producers have been informed she has to appear in only flattering lighting – and close ups on her face are apparently a no-no. Pamela has been around this game long enough to know the pitfalls of a bad camera angle.”

Hey, if she has the power to control her image, why not? Wouldn't you do the same?
