Just two week after announcing her second pregnancy Charlotte Church is already nervous about piling on the weight, according to a new report. After giving birth to her first baby, Ruby Megan, Charlotte famously struggled to lose the weight which she piled on. And although the star is 'delighted' with the baby news, she is already dreading the thought of ballooning again, claims Closer Magazine. To make things worse, the Welsh singer is apparently craving junk food and can't stop eating pizza and chips.

Motherhood seems to be agreeing with FitCeleb Emma Bunton (aka Baby Spice). After only giving birth five months ago to her first child Beau, the ex-Spice Girl is already looking as trim as she did before her pregnancy. Her trademark golden hair regained its shine and her skin is glowing. To say the least, she seems revived. However, things have also been hectic for the new mother. Her reunion tour with the Spice Girls came only two and a half months after she gave birth, making her fitness regime intense and difficult.
"At the time, I thought going on tour so soon after Beau would be a great idea,' Emma told Red magazine. I should have thought about it more! I had the best time, but it was hard. You have to get back in shape and your fitness has to be up to a two-hour stage show every night. I don't know if I'll put myself through that again. It's tough for any woman returning to work straight after having a baby. I didn't want to be in the gym 24 hours a day, instead of being with Beau. And I wanted to breastfeed for the first couple of months. I did lots of walking, but I couldn't do sit-ups because I'd had a Caesarean, as I was overdue. So, for the first four weeks after having Beau, I did nothing, absolutely nothing. I had to relax and take time out."

High-Fat Foods Canadian researchers have found that high-fat diets may impact how well we remember and reduce our ability to concentrate. They suspect the fat interferes with the body's ability to use glucose. While preliminary research has been done only on animals, there's plenty to suggest the same may be true for kids.
Humans with diets high in saturated fat are more likely to develop dementia, for example. Combine these preliminary findings with what we already know about heart health, and you've got one more reason to steer kids toward lower-fat options.
High-Sugar Foods Laden with calories, sweets do a fine job of providing kids with a burst of energy. But they also create their own brain energy crises, with a sharp letdown later. Complex carbs provide a more even source of energy and are more likely to provide nutrients and fiber.
Diet Sodas While they haven't been shown to harm children, says Lorraine Stern, MD, professor of pediatrics at UCLA, they offer no nutritional value either, and often push brain-boosting milk off the menu. Instead, encourage milk, juice (in moderation), and good old water.

If you're pregnant and sedentary, your doctor may not encourage you to start a fitness program. That's especially true if you're overweight, because exercise during pregnancy was once thought to be risky for women carrying extra pounds. But a new study counters what some experts call old-fashioned thinking: It shows that overweight women can and should exercise during pregnancy, even if they've never done more than casual walking before.
Brazilian researchers asked 132 overweight women who were less than 20 weeks pregnant to either take part in an exercise session three times a week or go to a weekly relaxation class. After 12 weeks, the women who stretched, strength-trained, and walked briskly or rode a stationary bike had developed no more problems than the relaxation group and were five times more likely to be fit. There were no miscarriages in either group. Active moms-to-be don't just feel better during pregnancy; they are more likely to lose weight postbaby and reduce their lifetime obesity risk, says Raul Artal, MD, lead author of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists' exercise guidelines.

Billie Piper is suffering cravings for Greek food during her first pregnancy. The former Doctor Who actress, 25, has enlisted actor husband Laurence Fox's culinary skills to help satisfy her hunger pangs. 'Billie is always hungry, so Laurence is cooking non-stop,' a source tells me.
"He's doing moussakas, Greek salads and meze."
The couple are 'over the moon' about their baby, due at New Year, around the time of their first wedding anniversary. Laurence is working 24/7 to make Billie feel cared for. He wakes up during the night to check if she is OK,' says a friend. It's a good job ITV has enlisted a body double for Billie's flesh-baring scenes in the next series of Secret Diary Of A Call Girl.

FitCeleb Nicole Kidman is in the last trimester of her pregnancy, and I can hardly tell she's pregnant! She is certainly staying on track and keeping healthy during her pregnancy. She proved to be taking the last trimester in brisk stride, hitting the gym yesterday for a workout with her husband, Keith Urban. The always-slender actress, who kept her slight bump under wraps with a zip-up jacket and leggings, is believed to be due next month. The 40-year-old is currently nesting in the couple's home in Nashville, Tennessee, as the make final preparations for their first baby's arrival.
