How Heidi Montag Stays Fit

Straight forward and to the point. Heidi Montag has an amazing body and she works hard for it. Here are a few or her no nonsense tips for getting in shape and staying hot!

  • Stomach crunches - she mixes crunches and medicine-ball tosses to strengthen her abs.
  • Dance moves - Heidi’s trainer has her do dance-inspired lunges and squats to keep her legs in shape.
  • Gym dates - Heidi and Spencer share a trainer and go to the gym together.
Has anyone ever tried dance inspired workouts? I find them to be really fun, and you feel like you're able to be a lot more creative while exercising!
