Twice a week, I'm Not Obsessed sends out updates to those that sign up highlighting major stories, contest entry deadlines and Fashion Find break downs. I also always include a personal update about my life outside of the INO realm.

You can opt out at any time. There is no pressure to stay though I hope you do. :) It's a great way to get the gossip at work without being very obvious to your co-workers.
