Jamie Lynn Spears And Jennifer Lopez Win Stinky Diapers Awards

Every year Babytalk Magazine does a list of the most controversial celebrity parenting stories and gives the winners a Stinky Diaper Award. This year, Jennifer Lopez and Jamie Lynn Spears are taking the honors. Denis Leary also managed to score himself an award after his controversial autism comments.

Topping this year’s list are JENNIFER LOPEZ and MARC ANTHONY for the safety-hazard infused nursery for twins Max and Emme that appeared in the People magazine photo shoot, JAMIE LYNN SPEARS for her glowing declaration on the joys of motherhood, despite the message it sends to her young fans (Jamie Lynn seems to be taking a cue from big sis Britney Spears, a two-time Stinky Diaper recipient herself); and DENIS LEARY for naming a chapter in his new book “Autism Schmautism.”

The magazine has also named a few celebs that lose their baby weight overnight.

Babytalk is also calling out some new celebrity moms for a startling trend—bestowing the “It’s Just a Bump in the Diet” award to HALLE BERRY, NICOLE KIDMAN, and TRISTA SUTTER for dropping their excess baby weight FAST.

How is Nicole Richie not on that list? I remember how completely SHOCKED I was when she was spotted out in her skinny jeans, literally two days after giving birth.

Also, do you agree with the selection of Jamie Lynn for an award? While I agree that it may not be sending the best message to teens that she loves motherhood, it does seem like she's stepped up to the challenge of parenting and is doing the best she can. I won't name them but I can think of MUCH worse celebrity parents than her, to be honest with you.

Jennifer Lopez Is Ready For More

Even though J-Lo has been said to be a very hands on mom with little help from nannies having twin babies at home hasn't overwhelmed Jennifer Lopez at all. In fact, she's already set on getting pregnant again. A friend of J-Lo and Marc Anthony's says,

“They were advised to wait six months after she gave birth. They listened to their doctor’s advice, but now they’re trying to make one more baby.”

Looks like these two are ready for a big family!

“Jennifer can’t believe how much she loves motherhood. Of course, she always knew she wanted to be a mom one day, but she wasn’t quite prepared for the overwhelming joy these children have given her or how it’s really cemented her relationship with Marc. She would love a full house!”

I completely understand her. I want to have one more too because I'm just not ready to be out of that baby phase for good!

Anyways, maybe we should be starting the baby bump watch for Jennifer...

Jennifer Lopez Isn't Sorry About That Daring Green Dress...But Marc Anthony Is

Remember that INSANE amazing, palm leaf, green dress that Jennifer Lopez wore to the 2000 Grammy's? When asked if she'd ever wear something like that again, J-Lo responded,

"For me, it was one of the eye-opening moments of what a dress could actually do. And I was on the cover of the paper the next day, because of that Versace dress. No, I'd wear it [now]."

But, Marc Anthony had to throw his two cents in too. :)

"Maybe as a wife, she wouldn't."

Does your husband/boyfriend/partner like when you look sexy to go out or would he rather you keep the over the top hotness just for his eyes only?

Jennifer Lopez At The Fashion Group Night Of The Stars Awards

Jennifer Lopez arrived to the "Fashion Group International Night of the Stars Awards" in New York last night wearing a beautiful pink one shoulder strap dress and strappy heels. Jennifer looks amazing and she has officially joined the "I'm a celebrity who just had a baby and you can't tell" club. I hate that club... :)

Mark Anthony changed it up a bit wearing a black and white suit. He doesn't seem to care so much about the red carpet walk or posing for pictures. We always only see him walking away after Jen is done with her rounds.

I love that! In fact, when hubby and I went to Vegas a few weeks ago I toyed with the idea. We just didn't know where to go to do it and didn't have a car to drive around and find out.

Lucky for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, a minister is always on call for high profile clients. At 12:30 in the morning, the couple started to call around to find someone that would remarry them in their Caesars Palace's Forum Tower Penthouse suite. By 3:30 AM, they were successful and said I Do once again.

"It was totally a spur of the moment thing," a source said. "They decided around 12:30 in the morning that they wanted to do it and started calling for ministers."

Don't Compare Eva Mendes To Jennifer Lopez

Because Eva Mendes and Jennifer Lopez are both two of the most successful Latinas in Hollywood, people tend to compare them. But Eva has had enough. She's sick of people thinking she and J-Lo are so similar.

"I would like to think I will have a more serious career than J.Lo. We may both be of Latin origin but that’s where the comparisons stop. She manages her career like the head of a big corporation, whereas the only thing I care about is becoming the best actress possible."

Was that a little bit of a dig? I wonder what Jennifer will have to say in response to this.

Elle Magazine Writer Gets Too Personal In Jennifer Lopez Interview

Sometimes the Industry is so upsetting. Jennifer Lopez gave a candidly honest interview to Elle Magazine and her rep yanks it and asks to have it done over. Interview is replaced and the world keeps spinning. What's wrong with being honest about her life? I would think people would relate more to her if they knew she struggled in the beginning with her twins.

Jennifer Lopez sat down with Kevin Sessums who was able to get the singer/actress to dish the dirt about her new life. She portrayed an honest, tired and emotional new mom. Nothing wrong with that. We could have done without the way Kevin described her though...

"Her unwashed hair is pulled severely back and there's a halo of frizz around the crown of her head."

Ouch

In the article, Jennifer admitted to having "a kind of nervous breakdown" while filming Enough in 2002, not breastfeeding her children and the fact that she is considering putting her kids in Scientology classes.

She also opened up about the emotional first few days of being a mom. And you know what? I was exactly where she was when I had my first child. I couldn't move much from the c section and I would cry because of my inability to care for the one thing I was waiting for since the day I married.

"“At the tenth day after giving birth all that chemical stuff did peak—that hormone thing—and I did cry a lot that day because I was having so much trouble moving. I couldn’t get up fast enough to feed the babies…Marc was helping out a lot and I was crying and crying and going, ‘Oh, Papi...they’re going to know everybody more than me…They’re going to love everybody more than me!’ "

What do you think? Anything she admitted here too risky to print in Elle? The article ended up on an online site anyway. So, it's not like the quotes have gone to waste.

A List Carpet For Elle's Women in Hollywood Event

WHAT AN EVENT!! I mean, one A lister after the other. And they weren't even the only people in attendance. Dozens of actresses attended the Elle's "Women in Hollywood Event" at the Four Seasons Hotel last night. However, I chose the following to highlight. Otherwise I would be here all day working on this one post.

Jennifer Lopez, Leah Remini, Nicole Kidman, Eva Mendes, Anne Hathaway, Halle Berry (alongside Gabriel Aubrey), Jenny McCarthy, and Kate Beckinsale all walked the red carpet.

What do you think about Jennifer's dress?

And if we are looking to pick up a trend, it looks like jeweled encrusted cocktail dresses are in for the fall as both Jenny and Nicole opted for the look.

Jennifer Lopez Was Shocked Over Victoria Beckham's New Short Do

Join the club Jen! Jennifer Lopez was asked about her reaction to Victoria Beckham's new short hair cut and the actress admitted it shocked the heck out of her.

"I was so shocked. I arranged to meet up with her the day she had it done. She didn’t tell me what she was doing, so I turned up and there was she was with this incredibly short black hair. I was knocked out.

"I told her she looked like Audrey Hepburn. I think she’s such a great girl."

And it isn’t just Beckham’s hair that Lopez is a fan of - she really admires the star’s new clothing range.

"I was so excited for her that her fashion collection went so well. Everyone loved it. I’m really proud of her."

Goes to show you that we don't know everything that happens with these celebs. Sounds like Jennifer and Victoria really are friends since they met up prior to the shows for a little one on one time. Guess Kelly Osbourne was wrong?
