Like we always say - where there is smoke, there is FIRE. Looks like all those rumors about A Rod and Madonna are true. The slugger ended up spending a portion of his Thanksgiving with Madonna and is currently in Mexico City with the singer.

As luck would have it, both celebrities had an obligation to attend to at the same time. Madonna continued on with her Sticky and Sweet tour while Alex Rodriguez "was invited to inaugurate a new sports complex in the city, and spent two hours on Sunday teaching kids to bat".

Britney Spears Takes Fashion Advice From Madonna

What do you think? I can see the resemblance. But keep in mind, Britney Spears' new album is entitled Circus. This could just be a playoff of that theme as well. While making her first stage appearance at the German Bambi Awards since her performance at the MTV VMAs last year, Brintey decided to wear the following outfit.

Our favorite pop singer received the gong for Best International Pop Star and then went off to thrill fans with a remixed version of Womanizer.

A-Rod Hosts A Family Dinner With His Daughters

Yesterday, Alex Rodriguez's soon-to-be ex-wife, Cynthia Rodriguez's, angry email about A-Rod's plan to spend Thanksgiving with Madonna rather than his daughters became public. A-Rod made no public comment; instead he had a "camera-ready" dinner with his daughters in Miami last night.

Alex was here for a meal yesterday," the manager of a Houston's restaurant in Coral Gables, Fla., confirmed to E! News. "He was kissing his daughters and seemed in a great mood. You would never know there was any issue at all between him and Cynthia."

(Madonna, FYI, has a concert in Miami tonight. A-Rod supposedly flew in with her.)

It's unknown, however, who Alex will actually have dinner with on Thanksgiving. One thing seems likely, though: Madonna is sharing her PR wisdom with her reported boyfriend.

Alex Rodriguez Spending Thanksgiving With Madonna

Madonna snaps her fingers and the whole world goes running...including Alex Rodriguez. His wife, Cynthia Rodriguez sent an email to a friend which "leaked," telling where he would prefer to spend Thanksgiving this year.

"My 6-foot-3, 220-pound soul-less, soon-to-be ex-husband is abandoning his kids on Thanksgiving to be with Madonna ... She called and he ran on her command back to New York City ... Gross!"

Making the whole situation even more sticky, as soon as he left for New York, his lawyers called Cynthia asking her to sign papers for their divorce settlement.

UGH. I can't even imagine having this family drama playing out in public. While I'm not saying it's right, if Cynthia was the one who leaked the email, I can understand why she was mad enough to do so...

Madonna Finds Comfort In Working

Like we've talked about so many times on here, it's easy to forget that celebrities really are just human. Madonna might be a ROCK professionally and seem to be one of the toughest women in the business, but she just got a divorce and is hurting right now. Fortunately, she has work to keep her going.

"I'm sad about my personal life, but I feel very blessed and very lucky that I have the opportunity to do what I do in my professional life. It would be horrible if I was just thinking about getting a divorce and had nothing to do."

She said that work "provides a distraction that keeps me going."

And I'd imagine that she manages to get a lot of frustration out in the gym too. Guns like those don't just happen overnight. :P

Madonna And Guy Ritchie's Divorce To Be Finalized In 6 Weeks

We heard so many rumors of animosity and speculation on whether Guy Ritchie was going to take Madonna for every penny she's worth, but in the end it looks like the ex-spouses are taking the high road. Madonna and Guy's divorce will be settled in just six short weeks as long as there are no disputes during proceedings.

Guy supposedly told his friends,

“It was never about money — never about her bloody art collection. I just wanted to settle it and move on.”

I think we're all looking forward to moving on. I'm ready to see what Madonna does next....and more importantly who she dates next. Will she stick with Alex Rodriguez or will she play the field? Are there any other guys in Hollywood man enough to keep up?

Guy Ritchie Won't Take Any Money From Madonna In Divorce Settlement

I'm sorry... how is that possible? With no prenup you'd think he'd go after half of all earned income since the start of their marriage.

The Sun is reporting that Guy Richie will walk away with no claim to any of Madonna's earnings over the last few years. Not because by law he isn't allow to request it, but because it wasn't a priority to him. Instead Guy's main concern was to equally split the children's time between the pair. A source tells the newspaper:

“The priority for Guy has always been the children – he has not wanted her money.

The agreement is expected to be announced at the end of the month. Let's see if this is the case.

Madonna Needs Your Help

Madonna wants to build an all girls school in Malawi and needs the help of her fans. She recorded a message in order to inspire people to donate to the Raising Malawi Academy for Girls.

"After witnessing the potential of Malawi’s girls firsthand, I made it my mission to give them an opportunity to become their personal best. There are very few girls in Africa in general who are encouraged or allowed to go to secondary schools so, after spending a lot of time there, I realized that one of the ways I could help was to build a girls school.

"I would really be grateful if you would get involved and help me in any way you can with donations, spreading the word, visiting my website, reading about the progress we’ve made so far.

"Please visit our website. I would appreciate any help you could give us."

Madonna has been a regular visitor to Malawi in recent years, and adopted son David from an orphanage in the country.

I know many people believe that celebrities should just donate some of the millions they have in their possession to causes like these. But I think it is great when a celeb also donates her time to an initiative because it gets people to think about the larger problems this world has that perhaps we wouldn't have without the message.

Madonna Is The New Face For Louis Vuitton

Madonna has officially joined the ranks of Jennifer Lopez, Scarlett Johansson and Uma Thurman. The singer just signed on to be the new face of Louis Vuitton for their Spring 2009 campaign. Celebrity fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott have reportedly teamed up to shoot the star for the project.
