The quiet Hilton was spotted in West Hollywood earlier today wearing a cute Free City sweater and shorts. Nicky met up with David Katzenberg outside of Ed's coffee shop and greeted her longtime boyfriend with a quick kiss.

You'd think since she designs handbags she would always opt to wear one of her own. Instead, Nicky opted for an over-size LV.

Nicky Hilton was spotted leaving the Open Ceremony shop in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon, proudly displaying her 'I Voted' sticker on her black blazer. Nicky looks really cute in her contrast blazer skinny jeans combo and, dare I say, healthier. Definitely better than how skinny she was a few months back.

I just posted about this party but here are a few photos of the LA locals had their phones customized with their names on the back of the phones. Eva Longoria Parker, Adrian Grenier, Nicky Hilton, Mario Lopez, Dustin Hoffman, Kate Walsh, Jerry Ferrara, Jennifer Morrison, Rachel Zoe, Molly Sims, Hayden Panettiere, Kate Bosworth, Tyrese Gibson, and Katharine McPhee all attended the launch party at a custom-built venue in heart of Beverly Hills the day before Halloween.

I love how some are openly posing with the products while others aren't into the game. Do they get to take home the goodie bag either way? 

Rarely am I jealous of party goers - but this one hits home. I am OBSESSED with my Blackberry.

Nicky Hilton was photographed shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue and later getting some gas in Los Angeles yesterday.  I love how Nicky's purses typically cost as much as an individual's mortgage for the month. My guess is she has a closet-full of bags all averaging over $1000 to purchase. Then again, I am sure she got a few of those for free. Celebrities get gifted like we get bills in the mail.

Both Nicky Hilton and Holly Madison were photographed enjoying an afternoon of shopping in Los Angeles yesterday. Nicky looked like normal Nicky dressed down in cut off shorts, flip-flops, and a bag that cost thousands of dollars. :)

Holly, on the other hand, was dressed down as she enjoyed shopping with a friend on Robertson. It's nice to see both of these ladies out and about. Now if only I can get my husband to let me buy that bag. Sure I'd have to sell the car, but it's a fair trade.... ;)

I've said a hundred times that I really adore Paris Hilton's fashion sense. She always picks unique pieces and is one of the few celebs that entirely change her style on a daily basis. What do you think about what she wore to her sister Nicky Hilton's birthday bash held at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas over the weekend?

Both Paris Hilton & Nicky Hilton were photographed shopping yesterday although they weren't together. Paris was spotted hitting up the Betsy Johnson Boutique in L.A. and sister Nicky opted to shop at Max Azria & Fred Segal. Unfortunately for Nicky, she ended up with a parking ticket at the end of her shopping spree. I'm sure with all her money it wasn't a big deal. :)

I've never been able to shop at Betsy Johnson. I've tried over the years, but have YET to find a piece that would make sense to me. Anyone shop there?

Manolo Blahnik has always been popular with celebrities, but then Sex and the City literally made him a household name.  So it was nice to see stars like Lucy Liu, Nicky Hilton, Jennifer Coolidge and Hilary Duff come out to honor him at an event celebrating the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style award in honour of Manolo Blahnik. 

And of course, since this is a shoe party, I had to put in a few close ups of all the footwear on the red carpet! Which high heel is your favorite of the bunch?
