Break Through Your Set Point: How to Finally Lose the Weight You Want and Keep It OffThe Writing Diet: Write Yourself Right-Size
The Snack Factor Diet: The Secret to Losing Weight--by Eating MORE
The "Break Through Your Set Point" book seems a bit rediculous if you have A LOT of weight to lose, like me. I mean 6 MONTHS ... come on.
But I do like "The Writing Diet" book's concepts. I have a huge problem with emotional eater and writing down what I feel when I eat or when I want to eat would be a good start. I'll have to get that one.
